Message	The back pressure is much greater at the turbine discharge than at the tail pipe exit. On the top end under high boost, most of exhaust gas will pass through turbine wheel rather than the wastegate. By having an opening it creates more of a diffuser area, improving flow and decrease back pressure. www.ztechz.net ICQ # 14337317
